There will be 1 hours planned downtime on server "Apollo" from midnight (GMT) 04/02/2006 whilst we perform maintenance to the hard drive arrray.

A small problem with DR Web Antivirus has been identified. The issue was with the SW-Soft licensing server and has now been resolved.

The network is running normally, users may notice some small outages in our e-commerce system while it is being upgraded.

There has been some sporadic downtime of our corporate sites while they have been moved between servers. Customers sites were not affected.

There is currently a small issue with the registrars whois system for .bz and .tv domains. As a result these domains appear as unavailable within the registration wizard. If you are interested in registering these top level domain types, please email us and we will enquire after the status of these domains and register them on your behalf.

Due to network expansion and provisioning, for a short time the site will be closed to new signups. We hope to have the systems in place to re-open the business to new signups around September 2007.

The systems are open to new signups ahead of schedule. The signup / payment / provisioning flow has completely changed and is being closely monitored. If there are any problems noted please log a support ticket. All servers upgraded to PLESK 8.2.1.
